I don't ever turn on my friends list or anything though, but I play CS and DOD.
CS mostly, since DoD lags badly for me usually on 26+ player servers.

If you've ever heard of the servers on CS, I usually play at TrU Dust Fest servers, and a server hosted by a clan called DNA. They're pretty good.
