or something else i just reformated the system and i keep getting a Remote Call Procedure Failure which casues a 60second auto matic shutdown to begin. Although it's pretty random. One time it happened instantly when i got on the internet then the 2nd time it didnt happen for like 10minutes or so. Weird.

*sigh*


This is getting very common, unfortunatly. I had a box I was working on, I wiped the system and installed a stock copy of Win2k... It was infected with Blaster before the installation was even complete.


Just google for removal tools. You should be able to clean it.

Did you think to disconnect it from the Internet whilst installing? You might have prevented it then.

Sure, I do that now, whenever Im bothered to have to actully install Windows...
