I sure as hell didn't expect it, but they played a hell of a game.

So, it's Panthers vs. Patroits. Should be a hellof a game.

I actually might have a reason to watch the Superbowl this year other than for the commercials. I have to see my team win of course.

Who would have thought these two teams would have made it all this way? I'm betting the score will be 2-0 New England. [http://forums.massassi.net/html/wink.gif]

I'm hoping my Pats will win, but I definitely think it will be a very close game. Here's my semi-educated guess about the score: Patriots 24, Panthers 20.

Same here. I really wanted the Eagles to go, but they were playing sloppy as crap in the conference final.

McNabb getting injured in the first half didn't help much either. Neither did their recieves playing like crap.

Stupid Eagles recievers, they can't catch! Two interceptions resulted from the recievers when they couldn't make a good solid catch.....will the Eagles ever make it?
2004-01-19, 3:18 PM #14
Im surprised the eagles made it that far.. though it IS the NFC. I was so tickled when they beat the pickers though.

Eagles = Buffalo Bills of the 80s

Will the Eagles ever get to the Super Bowl? Not the way they play in it. 3 stragiht years, they've choked. McWussy always sucking in the championship game always hurts too.

if the Eagles had made it into the superbowl, I would be forced to choose between them and the patriots...now I have a side, so I guess that's a good thing. It should be a close game, I'm looking forward to it (I just got into watching the superbowl and some other football games when I have the time)

They beat the "pickers" (I call them Packers [http://forums.massassi.net/html/smile.gif] ) because Farve made that goofy "I hope the ball knows where to go" pass and let interception mayhem ensue.

Watch the game, foo! Brett should've never even been in that situation. The reason the Packers lost that game was because of Coaching mistakes, SPECIFICALLY Ed Donatel (who the Packers just fired 1 week ago). If the defense was anything like it was last year, the packers would've won that game. Yes, taht was a stupid pass by Brett, but after bad coaching on the 4th and 1, bad coaching on the 4th and 26, bad coaching not to spy McNabb, bad coaching to at least have someone on the D-Line rush the inside, you can't just blame it on that pass.

For sure. The 4th and 26 was definitely the breaking point of the game. It was 4th and 26!!!!
