Massassi wars

After seeing one of these on the Planet Neverwinter boards, I've decided that it could work here. There are two groups, the massassi loyalists who favor censorship, stern banning of transgressers, and oppression. Then there are the rebels who love massassi, but favor reform and a more leniant rule system. This is not meant to be fun, not vindictive, so leave personal attacks out.
Okay, here are the rules:
  • Join either side, and act accordingly, keep neutrality to a minimum.
  • The world is mid-tech which means you'd see technology from between around World War 1 and a little of the stuff featured in things like Deus Ex.
  • You cannot be superhuman, and you must act logically, a loyalist (anti-vigilante) isn't going to dive through a window to kill all the revolutionaries, no "I dive thru tha window i slit ur throwt u anti-nmasssasi basterds r ded"
  • If you are reading this, put the word "read" in bold at the bottom of your post.
  • Keep this fun, if someone ruins it, just skip over their post
  • No sigs
  • If you're going to say something off topic, do it like so: [OT: blah blah]

World (think large city):
  • Discussion Forum- Residential district, high massassi power
  • Story board- Educational district, colleges and such
  • Showcase- Business and market district
  • JK2 board- smaller residential zone
  • Editing forum- commercial zone, mid-sized businesses, strong government influence
  • Cog forum- Industrial district
  • AC Forum- don't include it
  • Rbots forum- government run zone
  • Religious Forum- violent neighborhood, constant riots
  • Tech Forum- industrial, powerful corporation headquarters

It hadn't been that long since Brian the ruler of massassi had passed away and left the princes Kedri, Blujay, and Slug in charge of the masses. Times were tough to say the least.
stat paced around slowly in the small apartment, with Jim7 sitting in a chair, stroking his fu manchu, and Agent_J polishing his dual gold 1911s.
"Just use the stolen nukes we got," Jim remarks inanely, "That'll teach 'em!"
Agent_J nods with agreement, but stat knows better,
"If we destroy them nothing will change and we'll-"
Just then the door bursts open and a group of heavily armed stormtroopers [OT: Think WW2 Germany, not Star Wars stormtroopers] run in and secure the place. Wolfy strolls in and holds up a piece of paper and announces, "I have come here for the arrest of Staticus Mezutsky K Jr! If Staticus K Mezutsky Jr is here right now, please come with me.
"What? That's not even a real warrant!"
"Does it look like I care? Now please come with me."
With that, the stormtroopers apprehend stat and drag him to the court, which was presided by the honorable Judge Sine_Nomen.
"Sorry, stat, I'm afraid you will be sent to the Pit, I don't have a choice."
"Isn't there supposed a fair trial with a jury, and where's my lawy-"
stat is dragged from the courtroom and put in a dirty cell, Prison Block 49324.
Fortunately stat wasn't there very long, with the expert explosive engineering of jim7 to break him out, and made a prison brake, until...

(NSP: In-teresting idea-r. Hope it springs off well=) Here's a short bit to start off, and see where it develops)

Gebohq, an old resident of the Massassi community, was currently the head proffessor of the Neverending Story department and co-head professor and chairman for The Eternal War department over in the ISB district. He had his conflicts with other departments in the ISB district, but was an overall agreeable and friendly person. He was strongly dedicated with his work, and therefore did not involve himself a great deal with the politics in the Massassi community. The populace did not seem to pay much mind to the ISB district's programs anyways, and for the most part, kept to his work. Recently, Gebohq made it a priority to visit those that struggled in the Religious forum district, or better known as the "R" district.

With the political factions between the loyalists and the rebels becoming more and more violent, Gebohq hoped that his secret support of the rebel side through housing their gatherings would continue to go unnoticed by the loyalists...
