He goes and sees a ghost image of Luke Skywalker in the catacombs. Luke tells him that he has the Force and he needs to save the planet Shempro from Emperor Katrarn.

He goes to the store to buy weapons and shields. "I went down to the catacombs, and a ghost image of Luke Skywalker said that Emperor Katrarn is sending a squadron down to invade our village! I guess I need to buy shields and a blaster."
