Well I'm not new to massassi or anything, I've been posting in the general discussion forum for a while, but never been here. before I try to tackle the never ending story thread, would anyone like to tell me a little about this?

Duct tape is like the force; it has a dark side, a light side, and it holds the universe together
Fincham: Where are you going?
Me: I have no idea
Fincham: I meant where are you sitting. This wasn't an existential question.

Well, as far as the ISB, just keep in mind that, whether you post your own story or you join on an existing one, that replies usually don't come quickly. If there's a reply within a day, that's pretty good. If you're attempting at your own story, give a premise for the other writers to grab onto. Try to make it easy for them. Letting the guys at the general discussion board know about your new story is good too, as many of the current writers on this board are usually tied up as it is.

As for NeS, there really isn't much to say for that as well. Just introduce your character (if you wish to introduce one) into the story. No previous reading is required, though reading the last 2 pages helps if you want to get a feel of style and current events. And as long as you don't try to end the thread, or make your post literally hard to read, you should be fine.

And try not to make too much sense out of NeS. It's plot account is broke [http://forums.massassi.net/html/wink.gif]

Yeah... we lost a bunch of money on this crazy idea some guy had to make a website to promote the story through some kind of an illustrated version or something... *gets glared at by Geb*. Seriously, though, you're more than welcome to join us in the NeS. You're also welcome to join Geb and myself for any "planning meetings" (as if your profile info is at all accurate, we're in the same area.) And by "planning meeting" I usually mean "getting together and gaming or going to a movie or generally getting nothing done."

So, now that I'm done scaring (or is it scarring) you with my freaky 42 year old internet stalker talk (seriously, I'm only 20, I just need a life), get yourself over to the NeS and just post something relevant that involves humor and we'll go from there. [http://forums.massassi.net/html/wink.gif]

Wait, money went into the NeS comic? Well, if time is money, I suppose that's true enough... as for what Ante said -- a large number of NeS writers are from the area too, since I helped suck them in [http://forums.massassi.net/html/wink.gif]

And the "humor" part is optional in posting. As is "relevant." But they do help [http://forums.massassi.net/html/smile.gif]

And also, if you want to truly fit in, go here every couple days to make sure it hasn't been updated yet, and start writing stories for it.
