My only critique is that either you're picking hard, you have your EQ set such that the picking noises are louder than they should be, or the webcam is just close to the guitar and picking up the noises.

Actually, my microphone was much closer to my guitar than my amp, which was really far in the room. My picking isn't all that hard, but the mic was really sensitive. it picked up the music from my parents upstairs (the little low rumble you hear about 1/4 way through), so I figure it amplified the picking.
