Why Coldplay?
Sure, I like them and they're good, but it's not like they're doing anything that hasn't been done before in a more interesting way.
They just write nice sounding songs that aren't particularly groundbreaking.

I find their songs to be rather annoying. It also seems to me like their lead singer is always whineing. I can't stand his voice. Very similar to how I can't stand Dave Matthew's voice.
