Undecided. Only listened to the album once through so far. I really liked a few songs, but when they tried to do something a little different it really didnt work for me.

At least tell me Say Goodnight is one of the best songs ever, or at least the last minute and a half is purely eargasmic.

...ya the spoken word songs take a little getting used to, but when they're done live they're the highlight of the show. I think you'd like their other release Vertigo more. Like I said, Magazine is very much pop and towards the end you kind of hear the direction they're going into with Say Goodnight and Close Your Eyes. Vertigo is basically pure sex and one of the best albums I've ever bought. Their new CD I've heard is supposed to be even better, but it's not released until 4/20...

I like the popy feel of the album, especially Come Out Clean, reminds me of early Blur [http://forums.massassi.net/html/wink.gif]

Say Goodnight was another song I really liked, The lyrics get a little repetitive, but the song sounds really good overall.

I just dont know if they're capable of wow-ing me in the way Coldplay, Radiohead, and Muse do on a daily basis. This album is full of good solid music, it's just not... Special.

I like them. They sound different from a lot of other people I listen to, but in a good way. Cathedrals drew me in, Say Goodnight hooked me, and the last 1:30 of Say Goodnight drove me to love.

ya... their new album has this song called Young America and the chorus to it is, in my opinion, 900x better than the last half of Say Goodnight.

You can legally download live versions of almost all their stuff at archive.org

and you can also get some of their songs on their website http://www.jumplittlechildren.com

bleh, some of it's really really good quality, but you're right, most of it *is* crap. I'll try to find you the links to the good ones.

Haha, hey and next month you can get Between the Dim and the Dark off eBay too!
