Bach is awesome.

Bach is the best Baroque composer.

Bach is the best composer.

Does anyone disagree with these obvious maxims?

He was certainly the most mathematical composer.

Yeah, but his logicality in meaning and composition was only a part of his music. He had such joy and sorrow infused into a majority of his work that it could hardly be considered emotionless.

Agree with first and second facts. For your third thesis, I'm more partial to Camille St. Saëns [http://forums.massassi.net/html/smile.gif]
If it breaks, you get to keep both pieces.

Can't say I'm a big fan of classical music, but I'd say bach is pretty good overall. My favorite of all would be Brahams, simply because all his music seems to have such intense levels of emotion and tragedy to it. Makes you feel like crying just from hearing it - and not because it's bad. [http://forums.massassi.net/html/tongue.gif]

The music industry is a cruel and shallow money trench where thieves and pimps run free, and good men die like dogs. There's also a negative side.

I disagree with all of them!

Well, I would agree with the first one if you changed "is" to "was", seeing as how he's dead and everything. The other points I don't know enough about classical music to comment on.
