I fail to see what he's proving here. So what? Parts of the songs have similar upswings and down swings. The way the lyrics are sung have similar upswings and downswings. You can probably take countless numbers of songs and find similar things in all of them. What makes this so damned unique?

Then of course, I'd like to know why he was playing with the songs and found this if he hates them so much. MTV doesn't exactly play these things back to back, which would mean he'd had to have gotten it elsewhere.

I'm not saying that the fact that they have similarities means nothing, I'm saying that I simply don't care and fail to see what makes this so unique when you could probably find the same type things in countless other songs.
