I have to be honest, this whole new-wave Garage Rock thing is totally awesome. Reptilia is an awesome Rock n' Roll song, and I really respect The Hives for releasing music that has so much raw energy.

Are other people diggin' this whole scene?

The White Stripes have been around for ages, just nobody liked them. NOW EVERYONE IS A FAN, because they had one good single. Half of there FANS cant even name ONE SINGLE SONG by them. OMG LOLZ WHITE STRIPES ROXORZ!!! IM GONNA WITHCITATA! BWAR BWAR BWAR! LOLZ! Yeah they really suck.

I love the White Stripes and the Strokes, and Jet too, it's a really refreshing sound, different from all the other crap being put out. I dont love it, i'd choose my personal favorites any day over any of them, but out of all the crap on the radio today, i like their's the best.

I'm sorry, but I have no respect whatsoever for the Hives, they dont write their own music. THey may sound kinda nice, but writing your own tunes is 80% of what a band is supposed to be all about

I like some of The Strokes and The White Stripes' stuff, definitely not all of it. The White Stripes get really annoying sometimes, but their albums are surprisingly enjoyable to listen to. Reptillia and Hard to Explain are regulars on my compilation CDs, brilliant songs.

The Vines, Jet, and (especially) Franz Ferdinand are also good bands that fit into this category.

I don't like most of today's music, but I do like the White Stripes. They're different than most of the crap I hear these days. I also like their music videos. They're unusual, and very well done. And I also like their image. While everyone else dress like punks or gangstas, They wear suites. It's a very classy look.

I think its all great music myself...

The Strokes are one of my favourite bands... their music has a strange hypnotic quality to it which just draws you in... reptilia is one of the best singles i've ever heard as far as chart music goes.
