A couple days ago, I visited a Pawn shop with some junk. I checked the CD rack, even though I knew there was just gonna be junk... but for $7.00 I came back with Drive Like Jehu, O.C. Supertones, Mighty Mighty Bosstones, and a couple samplers CDs.

Post your great music finds.

Haggis: "For God's sake, snap out of it man! That bottle is empty! It's been empty since the first day we got to this godforsaken place and you drank it all! You're losing touch with reality!"
Otter stares at Haggis, a suspicious expression on his face.
Otter: "You just want my whiskey! I'm on to you!"
Think while it's still legal.

For buying The Living End's Modern Artillery, I also received a magazine which contained 2 sampler CDs of various artists, an All Ages EP, a Go-Kart Records sampler, and a Fat Wreck Chords sampler.

Total cost: 18$

Total number of songs: 83

Total amount of happiness: Priceless.

And for everything else, there's Mastercard.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: If you are one of the hundreds of parachuting enthusiasts who bought out "Easy Sky Diving" book, please make the following correction: on page 8, line 7, the words "state zip code" should have read "pull rip cord."

I got the Breeders' Lash Splash for about $4 on the internet (including shipping). Also, at a thrift store I got an English Beat tape and Stravinsky's The Rite of Spring on vinyl for $1 each.

Ministry's Psalm 69 for about five bucks at a used CD store. Quite possibly the best five dollars I've ever spent. Oh, and I found two Iron Maiden CD's (Fear of the Dark/Dance of Death) and 3 Bad Religion Cd's (Process of Belief/Stranger than Fiction/All Ages) for about $15 total at Hastings. They sell their old/used stuff insanely cheap.

Some of you should learn to think a bit and discover - *gasp* - that someone can dislike Michael Moore, Kerry, and Bush!
