Some great bands this year and some crappy ones.... can't wait to see (in approximate order of awesomeness in terms of spe)

Supergrass, The Streets, Franz Ferdinand, Mondo Generator, Mark Lanegan, Graham Coxon, Jurassic 5, yourcodenameis:milo, dizzee rascal, minus, 80MBBL, hundred reasons, goldie lookin chain, razorlight, new york dolls... erm theres too many great acts!

six stages, including live comedy and a skate ramp on one day, some crazy stage shows in the evening (one includes lesbian sluts or something).

campsite is still the most fun... my excitement is beginning to reach a noticable peak.

You going to any festivals in the closing weeks of summer? w00t!!!

lots of bands play over three days and six stages.

its usually a mix of most genres, theres a dance tent which puts on dance and some hip-hop & rap, the concrete jungle tent, which is full of punk bands and the main stage/radio 1 stage, which just has a load of popular bands playing on em... theres usually something for everyone... including a comedy tent, thats always a good laugh.

Theres an excessive number of emo bands playing this year though.... the place is gonna be full of miserable crying kids looking for closure in music.
bah.

Oh well, dirty sanchez usually bring shaolin monks with them for their stage show, that will be awesome to see... only eight days to go now!

how long does bloodstock last for? one of the best things about leeds is the length of time comedy takes place in the campsite.

I'd enjoy a lot of the bands. The New York Dolls are a pretty legendary proto-punk band. They recently reunited.
And Morrissey too. He's one of my favorites. I wonder if he plays anything by The Smiths, or if it's only his solo stuff.

Dizee Rascal's music is insane. I can't say it's really my thing, but it's interesting to listen to.
