I was thinking of what U2 songs would work for this also. Although I actually like In the Name of Love more than WTSHNN.

I find it hard to imagine their songs as feelgood songs. They aren't depressing, but their more neutral than anything.

Oh, my ultimate feelgood song!

I think Sgt. Pepper's is their gloomiest album. And if you listen to it on a big sound system with the volume way up, it's scary.

I was actually just posting it as an alternative to saying the Beatles a 4th time. :p

Some of it is gloomy, but some are feelgood, like "With a Little Help From My Friends" and "When I'm 64".

Yeah, those two are probably the exception. I do agree, they wrote mighty fine feel good songs.

Yes. I discovered them by doing a search for "Lord of the Rings" and downloaded and fell in love with "House of Tom Bombadil". I've heard quite a bit of their music since then, but I especially enjoy their instrumentals. I think they just played here in Kentucky recently, but my schedule is too hectic right now, and funds too limited, to attend any concerts. :/

Check out the band Mutual Admiration Society. It's all the members of Nickel Creek and Glen Phillips. I saw them live in august, and it was awesome. They're really good with their instruments.

They have clips of some of the songs on the website.

Judging by how good the MAS show was, I think you should see Nickel Creek next time they're in your area.
