Come Together, Revolution, Something, and Day Tripper would all be equal second to You've Got to Hide Your Love Away.

Oh man. This is like asking... something really hard. This is going to be a huge list. The ones with stars are what I'd choose if I absolutely had to narrow down the list...

I Saw Her Standing There
Misery
All My Loving
Baby's In Black
Eight Days a Week *
Help *
You've Got to Hide Your Love Away
You Won't See Me
Michelle
In My Life
If I Needed Someone *
Elanor Rigby *
I'm Only Sleeping
And Your Bird Can Sing *
For No One *
The Fool On The Hill
I Am the Walrus
Strawberry Fields Forever *
Penny Lane *
All You Need is Love
Glass Onion
While My Guitar Gently Weeps *
Happiness is a Warm Gun *
Let it Be *

It even pains me to have left off the stuff that I did.
It's not the side effects of cocaine, so then I'm thinking that it must be love

They're all so great (except "The Long and Winding Road" -- bleh), but I'd have to say "Get Back" is my favorite of theirs.

I think it's pretty widely regarded that their version of Mr. Moonlight is the worst thing they recorded. I have to agree with that.

Hey Jude

Hey jude, don’t make it bad.
Take a sad song and make it better.
Remember to let her into your heart,
Then you can start to make it better.

Hey jude, don’t be afraid.
You were made to go out and get her.
The minute you let her under your skin,
Then you begin to make it better.

And anytime you feel the pain, hey jude, refrain,
Don’t carry the world upon your shoulders.
For well you know that it’s a fool who plays it cool
By making his world a little colder.

Hey jude, don’t let me down.
You have found her, now go and get her.
Remember to let her into your heart,
Then you can start to make it better.

So let it out and let it in, hey jude, begin,
You’re waiting for someone to perform with.
And don’t you know that it’s just you, hey jude, you’ll do,
The movement you need is on your shoulder.

Hey jude, don’t make it bad.
Take a sad song and make it better.
Remember to let her under your skin,
Then you’ll begin to make it
Better better better better better better, oh.

Na na na na na ,na na na, hey jude...

.....................

It's a classic (well they all are) but this is one of my long time favs

No kidding, this thread keeps making me listen to the Beatles.

Paul was awesome with an acoustic guitar. Especially in Blackbird.

i've got "i want to hold your hand" on and I was just listening to "she loves you"

yes I like the happy mushy upbeat songs, and of course "cant buy me love" (it's not just a great 80's movie) haha

Laura

PS I loved how in "Almost Famous" (great movie by the way) Kate Hudson was referred to as Penny Lane it was classic, I really liked it :D

PSS Oh and the first time I heard "yesterday" i cried, it's such a great song, but heartwrenching too

If you don't have their first albums, I'd recommend you get them, since you said you like the upbeat happy mushy songs.
Please Please Me is a great album.

When I first heard Yesterday, I thought it sounded like the boring stuff my grandma listens to. Of course, I later realized that I'd heard a cover of it that my grandma listens to before I heard the original.
Yesterday is another one I really like now.

Blackbird is from the white album.
That has some of their best songs on it. Well, any album does, but it's really good.
