yeah, I could control it, but only if I had admin powers for the forums. Since I don't, I'm just going to have to rely on people using common sense.
My friend and I learned how to play our instruments (he's guitar, I'm drums) by practicing Metallica songs. At this point, we can play all of them. All but one, which is Dyers Eve. Sure, it seems like it'd be simple, but it takes a lot of energy to play it. We've only gotten through about the first verse of it. Since we're both at college now (different ones), we rarely play anymore. I really got into Megadeth around the end of the summer, so we never played any of their songs, but I plan on getting around to doing that sometime.
[Note]Let me tell you this, being at college is possibly the worst thing for a drummer to endure. You go for long periods of time without jamming, so you get what I call "Drummer's Withdraw Syndrome" (or DWS). DWS is horrible. You want to play, but can't. So, you end up air drumming (which makes your roommate think you are having a seizure). You also get rusty, so when you do finally get to play on a real set, things don't feel or sound right to you.
Guitarists do not get this type of feeling, since a guitar is much more portal then a drum set.[/Note]
Who made you God to say "I'll take your life from you"?
