...ocarina. I recently bought one off ebay, and have no idea how to play it. And I can't seem to find a website that gives clear finger charts (which is pretty much all I need).
And it's in some unusual key (either Eb or Db). But I'm not concerned with that at the moment. Just need a simple fingering chart.

I got one too, but mine's a different type than yours. What I did is just tinker around with it, playing different notes until I get familiar with it, then just trial and error try to play songs that I want. Eventually, I got to the point where I could play several different ones.

Mine is very sensitive to how hard I blow. The tone will be lower if I blow lightly, higher if I blow harder. Even minor changes can be heard. I'm still not even sure what key it's in. :o

That is, without doubt, one of the best replies I have read to a post in a long, long time... ;) :D

I semi-expected some smart-alec remark about Zelda... but this one was way better than I could have hoped for :D - cheers for starting my day with a smile :)

I couldn't find anything online for you.

I suggest that you go to a library and ask one of the librarians. Most of them like challenges like this. They can probably find you a book.

I have 2 different ocarina fingering charts somewhere around here (I also have an ocarina). If I can dig em up, I'll try to scan em for ya
