The high school and college in my town just finished a collaborative production of Seussical the Musical, and I went Saturday night. It was an absolutely unbeliavble show based on a bunch of the Dr. Seuss kids books. I don't understand how it possibly got such bad reviews on Broadway when it came out. The music is diverse and fun, it has a good plot that anyone can enjoy, and considering it wasn't exactly a professional show there was a LOT of talent onstage.
You can hear samples of the music here if you like.
So, has anyone else seen this great show? What did you think?
