Anyone a fan of The Dillinger Escape Plan?

Gonna go see em for the 3rd time on monday, amazing live act.

The style of music is ****ing crazy, random jazz metal funk kinda stuff with awesome time changes and unpredictable riffage to the extreme, funky stuff.

I've got two of their albums and an EP they did with Mike Patton, its awesome stuff.... one of the most innovative modern bands i've heard. <3 DEP.

any fans?

Especially When Good Dogs Do Bad Things.

its a little relentless and often the vocals are screaming but the music is masterful, i love it.

I've heard they're in the same vein as Meshuggah. Would you agree? Because I think Meshuggah rocks.

well, after checking out Meshuggah. they sound kinda similar but still nothing like dillinger.
if you like your music intricate then you'll like DEP.
