The last (I think) concert of Judas Priest after they got back together. Holy ****. That guy must've had surgery or something, that was the best his voice has ever been and he's in his 60's methinks.

Man... that was amazing.

Dosen't have to be a concert. Could be a play or a T.V. Show recording? Note he said show.

Do I get to brag now? lets go in reverse order...

Saw Ani Difranco...great talent, pretty much a ***** backstage, was told nothing more than eye contact with her, wtf?

Saw the Trans Siberian Orchestra, these guy rocked, **spoiler** did a zeppelin tribute which was fantastic. Met the drummer backstage, gave me some signed sticks and his card, very friendly group all in all

Saw Perl Jam. This has been the best concert I've seen recently. Ended up sitting down to eat with Eddie Vedder, Niel Young, Peter Frampton, and the actor Tim Robbins all at once...Ive never felt so worthless in my life. Sold out show, got paid to see what front row people paid $500-$1000 to see

Saw Cher, though I'm not a fan by any means. She showed me her butt on accident...it was scary...shes like 60...*shudders* Talked to the drummer, gave me his sticks unsigned...so I play with them now :) Great guy.

Saw Jewel...sucked

Ate dinner with Crosby at a Crosby Stills and Nash concert along with the drummer Joe Vitale and organist Mike Finnigan. Asked Crosby to see his pass earlier...hilarity ensued. Talked to the organists brother who actually lived locally and discussed his career playing with Jimi Hendrix...great music too :)

But the #1 Concert would be Tool a couple years ago. Got to meet them backstage working their dressing room. As far as the show goes...I cannot find words to describe it which is common when you see your favorite group live.

If you havent figured it out, I worked security at all these concerts. There are plenty more, but these were just the highlights.

The Autumndivers
Relish Gruv

... and there are lots more that I just can't remember. As you can tell, it's a combination of local, other areas' local, and national acts. And the one I didn't list is Jeremiah Freed. I've seen them, god, it's got to be going on 20 times now. It pays to work for a great rock band. Most of these bands I've seen more than once.

I saw A Perfect Circle back in Februrary. We don't get many bands down here that I wanna see, but I'm told that Maynard likes it down here, so hopefully he'll bring Tool down here next year or something.
