mastering.

I need to know (mainly) how to bring up vocals in a unitrack recording, probably by frequency manipulation. Links to tutorials or whatnot would be great.

It's about mixing, but the same techniques apply to mastering.

Oops. Actually, I meant remastering. Like I need to play around with the EQ or something in something that's already recorded to bring out certain elements. In this case, vocals. But I need to know what instruments and vocals generally use at which frequency bands.

I find it hard to believe that nobody knows what frequency ranges male vocals average on.
