You gave Hybrid Theory 4 stars, yet you gave American Idiot 3 Stars? BLASPHEMY!!!! Seriously, American Idiot is probably the best album of the year. Concept Albums = Awesome, and they did it right.

I really like the fact that the album really isn't pure punk. In fact, most of the songs are really just rock. Jesus Of Suburbia is worth paying for by itself.

CHANGE THAT RATING NOW!!!

Linkin Park and Zepplin/Floyd kind of go against eachother :P How can you have appreciation for both? Here you have two REAL rock bands, with some of the most talented musicians to ever enter popular music, versus a band on the complete opposite spectrum. I respect musical taste, but personally once being a die-hard Linkin Park , now find the music revolting. Just the seemingly beginner level guitar riffs, and horrid lyrics that don't seem to really make much sense, at all.

Personally, I find Linkin Park a lot more listenable than a lot of the other crap that's popular. They're not great or anything, just not as annoying.

I recommend Ministry. I started a thread about them.

I don't pay attention to anything about music except whether I like it or not. It's all about how it sounds to me, and even though I used to play guitar, I can still enjoy really simple music.

Thanks alot for the suggestions so far everyone. All comments greatly appreciated :D

lets see.. If you like greenday.... I would highly recamend Bad Religion : The Empire Strikes First (*****)

I don't really like greenday, or punk in general, but Bad Religion , though simple, is still amazing.

I would also recamend Lacuna Coil : Comalies (****)
and After Forever : Decipher (*****)

Dream Theater:
Whoa - If you like Falling Into Infinity, you'd better get Awake and Scenes From A Memory.

Falling Into Infinity is generally regarded as their "least good" album.
