Is there a MOD plugin for Fruity Loops, so it could open MOD-files?

I've never heard of one, maybe try getting a converter to midi data or something

Nope. You could always save your mod files as samples, but then you wouldn't be able to edit them later on. or you could convert it to a midi, and then replace each sample manually.

FL doesn't deal with MOD files, but there are plenty of good trackers that do.
