I just found the packages sitting there when I came back from school, amazing cds so far, loving them. I just thought I'd tell you that I got them, that's all. I recommend.

Sonata Artica - Winterheart's Guild

Flowing Tears - Serpentine

Sonata Arctica is great.

Their first album was more traditional speed power metal, 2nd was more melodic. Third they slowed down some and their fourth just feels the most mature.

I like their 4th album "Reckoning Night" the best - but most people prefer their first album (which to me is good but unoriginal)

Still - a worthy band!

I'll probably work my way up, I only got Winterheart's guild because it was first up, I'll get the others and see what they're like too!

Flowing tears is similarly styled, but slower I reckon.
