My bass player is a newbie, and has horrible timing and no real rhythm, so I need some sites where he can learn new things. I'd show him stuff myself, but I suck at explaining things.

I feel for you, but other than lessons from a real person, there's nothing other than just him playing with other people that'll make him better with rhythm. Buy him a metronome.

Heh, I just joined a Funk band a few days ago, so now I have to learn slap/pop. I can sorta do it. Just not very well.
