Its the battle of the sound formats!!

Post your fav, and your reason for choosing it (sound quality, filesize, or any other criteria that affect your choice)

Personally, i vote for WAV (24-bit) on sound-quality (come on: 24-bit sound at 96khz is absolutely beautiful, especially when played through a sterio with good speakers), and MP3 (VBR) for filesize and portability (OGG is great for size, but it drains the batteries on the average mp3 player faster than almost anything else).

I record all of my stuff in 24bit/48khz WAV. I could go to 192khz with my MOTU but my ADAT converter only goes up to 48khz.

I record in 24-bit WAV, bit I convert to MP3, so that the file's smaller.
