So, what's your favourite Dream Theater song?

I think mine would have to be Instrumedley, but I haven't heard enough DT to make an informed decision. :p

I jsut started listening to Dream Theater andI like their stuff a lot. Don't know what my favorite song is yet becaue I haven't heard all their songs and I haven't listened enough yet.

My favorite album is Scenes From a Memory... I can't pick a favorite song.

No favorite song for me. They don't have this one kill all to be all song, but they have lots of good ones.

Pull Me Under, Glass Prison are some good ones.

Take back my first comment. The Spirit Carries On. That song is my favorite by them for sure. Especially seeing on the DVD - wow.

Misunderstood, Fatal Tragedy and Under A Glass Moon are all 1st equal with me. Love them to bits.

never listened to em, a lot of people on massassi bot them, i've got a feeling I wouldn't like them.

edit: after looking them up on allmusic, i'd like to add that there is a guy in my class at college called Chris Collins.

I've heard one of their songs, and it was awesome. Can't think of which it was though.

It really depends on my mood. Scarred is really great. Lines in the Sand is amazing. Deciding on an album is hard too. Awake is maybe my favorite, I think every song on that CD is incredible. I also really like Falling Into Infinity, it doesn't have as much wankery and has some really great songwriting and songs conveying emotion.

There are so many to pick a favorite, but my top are:

- Voices
- Disappear
- Misunderstood
- Trail of Tears
- Metropolis Pt. 1: The Miracle and the Sleeper
- Space-Dye Vest
- Vacant
- Blind Faith


I'd say either ACOS or Disappear tie for my favorite, but it really depends on what I'm feeling like when I listen to them.
