Yes, I just watched Garden State.

Post songs that changed your life. Or that you just really relate to.

Radiohead - Street Spirit (Fade Out)

Memorizes me every time + Goosebumps. Changed my musical tastes drastically, and after I figured out what it was meant to be about changed how I thought about a lot of things.
The tired anthem of a loser and a hypocrite.

Coldplay - Clocks
When you listen to a song at least once a day for 3 years, it becomes part of your life.

2 songs that I really relate to are The Verve - Lucky Man and Travis - Side.

That right up there with me aswell, unbelivably moving.

Haha...clocks is the one Coldplay song that I can't stand.

As for a moving song, I'd have to think about that for a bit. I'll definately say that the entire Owen - "No Good for No one now" helped make me who I am today.

Does this thread permit the mentioning of albums that have changed us?

Im saying this cause there is an album that changed me. The album Siamese Dream by the Smashing Pumkins (used in the Lossy stick thread) changed me as I learned that the best way to get around sadness is to get up and walk from it. I was going through a bad time when my life had basically crashed down before me and this gave me the will to be strong. Whenever I listen to this album, I cry afterwards. It is one of favourite albums and despite the fact that I listen to metal most of the time, I have time for this :)

For some reason, the "Luke And Leia" theme from RotJ is absolutely moving. The main theme sends chills down my spine every time I hear it, and not just because it's so closely tied in with one of my favorite movies. It's because it's a truly beautiful song.
