that Sigur Ros is coming to play in Madison (city where I go to school). I can't tell you how excited this makes me. They're one of those bands that I would love to see, but I never honestly thought they'd be playing anywhere near me.

Ummm...post cool bands that you've seen that you didn't think you'd see.

Keane and Snow Patrol in one night. No on had even heard of them in Australia at the time. The trick was giving burns of their CDs out to my friends, that got them to come along awfully quickly.

Wow...that must have been amazing. Keane puts on a wonderful show...I've seen them twice.

Intense
Season's End

In a week's time. It's only Sonata Arctica's second gig in the country and i'd pay the entrance fee several times over even if it was just them playing.

I couldn't go to a Sonata Arctica concert. I'd piss my pants, and it'd be too embarassing.

I'm going to see the White Stripes and Coldplay next month, and possibly the Decemberists as well. Hopefully I'll be seeing Sigur Ros and The Arcade Fire in September.
