The White Stripes on Tuesday. It was quite awesome. They had a ton of energy, and sounded great. They played a bunch of stuff from their new album, but didn't neglect the older songs.

The highlight of the show was probably when they played "The Nurse," which has marimbas in it. I didn't know if it was possible to rock out on marimbas, but trust me, one can. Other good parts were when Meg sat cross-legged in the middle of the stage playing the bongos, and Jack was playing acoustic guitar. "My Doorbell" was spectacular; the entire crowd was singing along before long. And "Seven Nation Army" was just fantastic. It was quite a good time.

i saw the white stripes a few times i think.

aye i remember one time i was buzzing like a monkey and i was raving to Black Math and Ball and Biscuit, those songs are class.

Dude, I was gonna go to see Coldplay at the clark county amplitheater with a bunch of my friends on the 17th, but i made other plans with my girlfriend. Sucks, huh.

I've never been to a white stripes concert, but I definately want to. Sounds very entertaining!:)

White Stripes are awesome live. I saw them a few years back when Elephant had just come out.

I'm going to see Red Letter Agent tomorrow night. It's a local Atlanta band and it's part of the Atlantis Music Conference. Pretty much every night this weekend has awesome bands playing somewhere, mostly local bands.

That's too bad. We could have had a Massassi meet up!
