Ok, right now I'm on a Depeche Mode/Echo & The Bunny Men/Tears for Fears kick. Recommend me some songs in this style.

The Jesus and Mary Chain. I particularly like the song "Just Like Honey."

The Smiths. See "Ask," "This Night Has Opened My Eyes," and "Shoplifters Of The World Unite."

This actually isnt bad, except for the cheezy metal powerchords in the background.

Usually, on the whole, covers suck. Especially metal/prog bands covering anything done by any other type of artist.

The only good covers I can think of off the top of my head are All Along the Watchtower and Hallelujah.

I dont know there are some good covers. Demons & Wizards - White Room (Cream cover) is pretty damn good.
