I found the dead puppies song & dinosaurs narration on badmovies.org, The "crack" sample is from a Roots Manuva track, and there's a bit of George Clinton getting scratched up in a couple parts. The ringy deep bell bits are from royalty-free loops from Sounddogs.com. Oh, and there's RATM, of course.
