A while ago I posted a song called 'Majority', well yesterday the band I'm in found out that we have a 15 not a 10 min set as we once thought. So we needed another song to play. I showed the band my lyrics to 'Majority' and they all enjoyed it. So last some of us got together and tried to create music for the lyrics...Here is what we came up with.

The following mp3 is based off of what myself (bass) and my friend (vocals) came up with. So it isn't very OMFG COOL sounding... We are going to show the song to our other friend (guitar) and he is going to spruce it up and add some cool stuff in it. But for now here is Majority.

Also I know I played "It makes it harder to see the lies" when I was supposed to play "It makes it harder to see the..."

Well, it's neat I think, but I also think you should probably post it when it's finished, not when you've just come up with an idea. Massassi doesn't react well to people just posting ideas before they do anything. :p

Also, here are some

Pros:

-You seem to know how to play instruments.

-The music harmonizes and sounds musical.

Cons:

-The lyrics are lame, in a kind of puerile way.

-The recording sounds like old ladies.

The recording was done with my computer mic :p I just put it a few inches from the amps speaker.

That would explain, yeah.

Agreed, post the spiced up version - not an idea - cause I mean there's really hard to critique anything there. As of now, I wouldn't play that live because they'd probably goto sleep. But once you spice it up it could be fine...

Get some percussion in there, a guitarist, this could turn out to be a catchy song if make it flow a little better, right now the "Somebody Call The FBI" part doesn't flow well into the "you dont want him near your kids" part.
