Here's a new song by me... rough mix, some of the things I don't like I know already, but I just wanted to show it to you guys to get some more opinions before I go back to the studio to work things out/edit some more stuff.

and the effects on the vox ARE to cover up bad vocals I'm sorry to say. I was sick with the plague the week we recorded, so we had to do something.

voice sounds fine to me.

ok maybe your voice could be better, but i like the background voices.

Drums need work. Dont like that Hi Hat.

But I think the Chorus is great.

Overall great song.


One more criticism tho...

Some of your vocals, ie, lyrics seam to be repeated in each song ever so slightly.

"Thats when I...." I think i heard that in 3 different songs so far.


So... this song could be the 2nd best one I heard.

[Eins Zwei Drei]"Dare I Say it" is still #1

my rebuttle to the lyrics is... until I get signed, I can copy myself as much as I want as long as I'm sure not to play the two songs in the same set.

But thanks for checkin it out, this is one of two that we recorded this past week and I like the other one better.

The intro reminds me of Rock Lobster.

Seems ok, the only thing I noticed with the was that the Hi-hat wasn't really in time when it first comes in.

Oh, and I wasn't too keen on the leap in the vocals about halfway though, it just seemed a little forced.

I hope you guys get signed soon, the songs you guys have made are better than alot of the stuff I hear on the radio. Plus I would totally buy your CD.

Yeah, Schming, that's awesome.... I like the hi-hat at the beginning, but I'd switch it to a more standard rhythm when the words start, cause then it gets distracting...

But seriously... this is a heck of a lot better than a lot of "singed artist" songs I've heard.. Kudos.

Great stuff. I agree it sounds a little rough but there's the bones of a really good song there.
