Too bad Metallica sucks, or this would be good news.

Or hey, this is better, it's too bad Cliff Burton died, because the band really started going downhill after that.

Or wait, it's too bad those are mp3s. Live mp3s are about as useful as a bowl of mice.

Its better with pigs, as people will try to catch pigs.

Number three of them 1, 2, and 4. And set them loose in a building.

Even better is to take a cow and lead it up a couple flights of steps. A cow will go up stairs, but most will not go down stairs. They basically have to shoot it and drag its cow corpse out. Often making a huge mess, getting animal rights hippies in a tizzy, and costing alot of money.

Now don't get me wrong, it is good stuff, but this thread's post relevancy rate has gone down the drain. Only 4 of 11 replies have anything to do with the topic

I enjoy their music, but after a while it's just Metallica. Nothing so special that anyone else couldn't sing or play it. Sure they were somewhat of a turning point for metal in their day, but there's so much more quality heavy metal out there. I get really tired of Hetfield's screaming after a while. IMO a lot of devoted metalheads love Metallica because they have to, otherwise they'd be abandoning their devotion to all music with rediculously fast drums and thrashing guitars played at the highest gain setting possible. IMO. ;)

ask any metalhead massassian who talks to me about music, i love loads of metal bands but i cant stand metallica, liking them just because they're important is a dumb idea.

I don't really like metallica other than for a handful of songs. Even at their time they were overshadowed by other metal bands, they've never really been that important.

They should have put a highly infectious disease on that CD, so that anyone that comes into contact with it dies. They sure deserve to die.

i dont listen to them cos they're popular/famous, i listen cos they're good.

Ever heard of Cruxshadows? Nope, thats cos they're not famous, and yet they're one of my favourite bands.

The Cruxshadows are PLENTY famous.

Just because a band doesn't play on MTV doesn't mean assloads of people don't listen to them.

The Cruxshadows are pretty boring, btw.
