Detty, if you are thinking I might have gotten lyric ideas from those songs, I didn't. :p I haven't heard any of those songs. (Except I think drizzt might have made me listen to Victoria's Secret once :p)

MBeggar, I think it was supposed to be "Block the night don't shield your eyes", but when typing it from paper to computer I didn't notice >.<

They look not that great. Too cliche...then again, I'm not a big fan of lyrics without music anyways.

Ahh, well then...Yes, I've heard them before. I only remember the song Replica though...that song pwns...and that one thats like BURN! and it has the 40 second intro with the gollum sounding guy wanting to burn everyone....yeah. Good stuff.

Also, listen to some Leave's Eyes. Their lyrics, although slightly abstract, are quite beautiful, especially on songs like Ocean's Way.
