Zloc would like to start legally downloading music. I was thinking something like Rhapsody, where it's a low, monthly fee and I can then download the music, burn it to CD, take it with me, and so on.

Requirements are as follow:
1. Less than $20 monthly fee ($10 - $15 is acceptable).
2. Work on Windows 98.
3. Not a pay-by-song system. I plan to obtain a fair amount of music, and I can't pay $40 a month.

Ready? RECCOMEND!

And I'd also like it not to be web-browser based, but if thereis a great one that is browser based, I'll live. And I wan to be able to download the file, not play it off a website. I want it on my computer.

Requires Win2k. And don't talk to me about upgrading, I've heard it a more than adequate amount of times and it's just not possible right now. My parents are happy with 98, and won't let me install 2k on here.
