Planet Waves Heavy's or Fender Heavy's.

Big Stubby for bass, but usually my fingers.

Dunlop tortex, the purple ones.

Metal ones that I made to sound really bell like.

Only fingers on bass. Ever.

And really, if there is a pick laying around, and what I am playing dictates use of a pick, I will use it.

But dunlop tortex are some of my favorites. The littles ones with dimpled grip give a nice attack when you turn them around though.

I use.. red ones. And orange ones. and yellow ones. Also a couple clear ones that dont work good. But as far as thickness, low-medium. Mandolin playing has made me love lower thicknesses:P

Dunlop Tortex. The Orange ones... Medium-ish gauge.

I use really thin nylon picks on my acoustic guitar, makes it ring beautifully.

Right now I'm using small 1.5mm ones when not playing with nails...I don't find it makes a difference really, as long as it's around 1.5.
