The first tune uses a Public Enemy sample.

Unless PE got it from someone else...

The track I'm referring to is called 'Black Steel in the Hour of Chaos', from the album 'It takes a nation of millions to hold us back'.
It's one of their classic tracks. If I knew where to find MP3's online, I'd insert a tag. But I don't know where to find them, and I can't host any files myself so... look it up, I'd say.
