Firstly its been a while since ive posted and nice to be back and I have new name Axecrasher Now on to the discussion.
I have found over the years, that some albums are great as they are the first albums by a particular band. Some examples include 'Gish' by The Samshing Pumpkins, 'Slow, Deep and Hard' by Type O Negative and 'Ignition' by The Offspring. I like all these albums as they are really new and raw in their approch and sound great muscially. Perhaps is the fact that recording is not fully perfect and adds a bit to the sound. Of course it does have to apply to first albums it could apply to any albums (i.e. Regin In Blood by Slayer) it adds so much to the sound.
What music albums would you think that sound raw?
