Home Recording Gear

I'm looking for some (cheap) home recording gear so I can start recording some things with good quality (anybody who's heard any thing I've recorded can verify my previous set up blew.) I've been thinking about these two items... any thoughts?

The mic was recommended by Seb, and the interface was one of the few I found that support Vista 64.

If you have any alternate suggestions, post em.

Also, my onboard sound card won't work with Sonar... so any recommendations there would be nice too.
