So a few friends and I have put together a Scars on Broadway cover band. We've got all the members assembled, and we're all in the process of learning our individual parts before we jam. We should be a fully functioning band by September, in the mean time we're spending a lot of time getting everything just right. I need some opinions on preliminary vocal tests. Thanks in advance. Honesty is appreciated.

"The first half of the video is the original song. The second half has my vocals layered over it. I recorded them while driving home this afternoon (weird, huh?)
I think overall it isn't perfect, but with Lawless backing me up, the instability of my voice wouldn't be that noticeable. Also, if Lawless can't harmonize with a voice such as Daron's (thus being unable to be back up vocals...this is also assuming he joins the band.) then we could always just add a slight echo to my vocals thus smoothing out any roughness in them. Anyway, I don't think the vocals are FANTASTIC but I think they are good enough for us to get this band off the ground? Thoughts? Honest opinions?"

Think while it's still legal.
