hi..i just made this for a college project in flash. this is just a basic screenie of the main "mintendo" thingy, its gonna do a hell of a lot more though. just showing u the shot for now, took about 6 hours to make in flash.

yeh, looks simple enuf but theres more layers on that than i can be bothered to count, and its alot more complex than it looks.

Seems like it should be longer vertically. Then again, it's your creation, you basically decide how it looks Oh yah, one more thing, the A and B buttons look totally fake. I cant really put my finger on why. For one thing, the buttons seem to "stick out" not as in height, but as in they dont look like they are apart of it. It could be the strange shadow affect and mirror affect on the buttons. And the letters look like they were added in with Paintbrush. Other than that, great job

and i'v deliberatly made it a wide screen, and fat body..it gives more room for the animations.

Muuuuch better, however, 3 more things:

1) Switch the A and the B, seems weird the way you have it.

2) Change the A and the B's font to something less scribbleish, make it more like the rest of the writing on the "Gamegirl"

3) Make the CASE longer, not the screen, your hands would be in a tight squeeze if you didnt. (I.E. below start and select make that part longer vertically
