Yeah, it's where the top of the lip meets the nose that's the worst, pull that back a bit and slightly reduce the nose, maybe give it a bit more character or something, then she'll look like my mate's ex!

[edit] Just noticed her shoulder's are quite broad and her eyes and eyebrows seem a bit too far up the head, but i may be wrong.
