As you can tell, this ship was built during the Vong invasion. Well, construction began sometime during the existence of the Shadow Academy, but it's purpose was altered when the Vong arrived. Originally it carried only a Cloaking device, some defenses, a few squadrons of TIEs, and a weak superlaser. Now it caries a more powerful superlaser, a full compliment of special TIEs, a cloaking device, full defenses, a powerful gravity well generator, and carries enough Stormtroopers to occupy Coruscant. And there's a reason for that, too, as you can tell from the title.
It's based off the Eclipse. Current size is hovering somewhere around 4-6 miles. The superlaser is tucked between the front mandibles. The engines are relatively weak because it relies heavily on it's various hyperdrives. It's name is the "Phantom", due to the fact it's almost jet black in space and it's cloaking device was originally convieved for a newer, differently designed Death Star. Yes: The Phantom carries components originally intended for use in a new Death Star.
There's a grey pic. I could post a flatshaded one, if you like.
Well, this is only the first incarnation. This is intended for a future Max Payne Mod's cutscenes. Er... I'm gonna want more detail for that, aren't I? Well, in that case, let's say it's for distance shots.
The Mod follows the adventures of two Jedi, a former Republic agent, a former Stormtrooper, a slicer, a rogue Jedi, and twin pilots as they try to... well, destroy the Phantom. The Phantom is intended to first eliminate the Vong fleet and the Republic fleet simultaneously (with a few truly bizarre plans. Some adapted from classic Thrawn maneuvers) and then take over Coruscant. It's owned by a rogue Moff named Rovad who believes he's getting instructions from Palpatine. I'd like to think I've thrown in a few twists in the plot to weird out the player. Basically, you play as one of the eight characters for each mission. I'm still working on most of the details. So far, the only constants are the motralities, the plot, and the soundtrack. It's a combo of punk rock, classical, Star Wars covers, classic rock, rap, techno music, and tunes from the Matrix soundtrack. Clubbed to Death serves as the background music for one of the assaults on the Phantom in the cooler pieces of equipment...
-It combines the best features of the Matrix, Star Wars, Gundam Wing, DBZ, Die Hard, and the NJO books. I'm even thinking of putting the little rabbit thing from Jedi Knight in. Was he in JO?

"I'm Thomas. Thomas Johnson. I'll be there if you leave the microwave open. I'll be there if you touch the third rail. I'll be there if you turn on the gas before you light the match, or lose a round of Russian roulette. I am at the end of every road. I await you past the last heartbeat. I am the Grim Reaper. I will be the death of you."

"I wonder... what might happen if I were to open this door. This simple, wood paneled door. What would happen? Would I find a closet? A bathroom? A kitchenette? Or would I be treated to a nightmarish vision of a universe beyond ours, a universe of meaningless powers and frightful entities with a need to express their sadistic urges? Or a bedroom?"
