The outfits all look really nice, except the white shirt maybe could use a bit more shading and contrast.

The outfits look good, but the face is a tad pale. Needs more peach.... And the eyes seem to be more of a model issue than texture....

I raised the hairline way above what i wanted too(see face shot), and it looks great from the front...I just hope you guys dont get too picky when looking from the side...looks like he has a big dent in his forhead....god i wish i could model

Not bad, I can notice some skin issues on the Black Clothing, one of them being the Belt Straps. They need to be more visable, and he has a harness strap around both legs. Ill try to find an image to show you what I mean

This is what I used for reference along with some select pictures. http://www.spawn.com/features/matrix1/neo.html I have the actual model so that helped out a bit. And though I appreciate the interest, The picture you found on google of the JK model Zell should make you think twice before saying ack. Give me a break guys, this is only my third skin and I'm busting my *** on it.

like emon said, i think youll just have to edit the model around the eyes. the face looks MUCH better now though, doesnt look like he has flour on him anymore.

Here is EXACTLY what you need to do to make this perfect (Though all but one suggestion is a modelling one)
Clean up the eyes a bit.
Make the top lip jut out a bit more, the bottom one curve in, the top teeth not appear at all, the sides of the lips a litle more curved as they enter the mouth, and make his head lean forward.

I personally really like the skin. It could be better, if you could model... but with what you've got, you're certainly about as close as you can get. Good job.

Don't you guys see the similarity? I just wish the model didn't have such poofy hair.

Good work. I'm sure if a modeler decided to make Neo they'd consider asking you for your textures and modify them a bit. But heck, it would be nice if photos could be put on higher polygon models than in Max Payne. Then you could just screw around with them until they looked right on the model. The problem is, not a lot of celebrities are willing to sit and have their face photographed from all angles just for amateurs.
