Miken, those are some of the facial bones used for eyes, mouth movements, etc. I should be seeing several more bones all over the place, though.

It is the skeleton. You don't see all the facial bones by design. This is simply showing orientation of the bones. Only when you can see the model's mesh can you really do facial animations.
