A simple leaning demo I loaded to my bad geocities site. so uh, yeah, take a look and tell me what you think. For JK, its a patch too.

The download for the leaning, doesn't fire the guns in the correct spot yet, but eh, tell me what you think if you can d/l it.

I did a small update and fixed the small bug that when you stop holding it down you can move again.

Well if your asking what it does it basically lets you lean around corners, like in R6. Very simple thing, thats all.

It's a mod, not a patch, so it doesn't modify the game's files.

It is for Jedi Knight, not Jedi Outcast.

Cool! I have a few suggestions...

1) When you lean right, it just shows the "lean left" animation.
2) The keys for leaning are backward. Left leans right, and right left.
3) Impliment all of the body commands from the original System Shock You've already got half of them. Just need:
- Lye down and crawl
- Lean forward (which is actually kinda useless in JK)
- climb walls
Then maybe disable 3rd person since it kinda negates a need for leaning around corners.

Thanks for the alt d/l, well you will have some crouching and crawling and other little things, more Splinter Cellish in fashion. BTW, with the 3rd person view, it will look at an angle more off to the side, looks kind neat.

I like it a lot. It really reminds me of JO's lean. One problem though, is that you can't use it in water from the third person... The player model returns to the default standing position when you hit the key.
