Cell-shadedness looks nice, but the texture for the wheels on the cannons blends too much with the wood in the background.

Make it surrounded by a brick wall, with trees behind the wall and a sky beyond those. (MOHAA Style, if you have ever played it.)

Oh, and cleave the tops of the borders diagonally, so they match up.

Actually, it would be better if you made it so that it launched thermal detonators set on "detonate on contact" mode with an increased velocity so that it would go across the map. Of course, set a timer between each shot so it doesn't become a thermal-spam session.

looks pretty nice but not a kind of level that i would play. but i am sure there are a good deal of people that would like it. yeah you need to clean up some of those textures a bit though.

That's good, but you should put in a sky rather than dflt.mat, even if the sky is temporary, for the sake of presentation. I really like those cannons. BTW make the cannons fire when the player uses them, even when the player is on the business end!
